Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMax) with large monthly budgets exceeding $200K USD
  • Conduct keyword research, negative keyword cleanup, and ad copy creation
  • Analyze search term reports to identify opportunities and improve ROAS and lead quality
  • Track results from upper-funnel leads through lower-funnel conversions, reporting insights to marketing and leadership
  • Coordinate with paid media agency (they handle implementation, you drive strategy and performance)
  • Collaborate with sales, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Continuously test new strategies and ad variations to identify scalable opportunities
