Requirements

Experienced Lead Gondola Operator or similar
Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work flexible hours, including long shifts
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

Operate the Panorama/Village Gondola safely and efficiently under the supervision of the Gondola Manager
Ensure superior guest experience by meeting service standards and performance goals
Assist with scheduling daily operations and special events within budget
Demonstrate initiative in developing skills and knowledge
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Communicate efficiently and work well in a team
Conduct and document operator training for winter operations
Oversee daily gondola operations, providing coaching and correction as needed
Provide consistent feedback to operators
Develop new procedures and conduct weekly safety meetings
Assist with mid-season and final performance reviews
Coordinate gondola operations for special events and internal customers
Handle customer and employee incident reports
