Responsibilities

  • Design and build systems, automations, and integrations for efficient GTM team operations
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Work across Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong to own architecture, integrations, and workflows
  • Create scalable data pipelines and unified views for GTM visibility, forecasting, and prioritization
  • Develop repeatable, automated processes to reduce manual work and improve accuracy across the customer lifecycle
  • Diagnose system issues, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement long-term fixes
  • Evaluate and implement new tools with seamless integration into the ecosystem
  • Support GTM team experimentation by building prototypes and iterating based on feedback
  • Execute a first 90-day plan: audit systems, implement quick wins, map GTM architecture, ship one high-impact automation
  • Follow a 6–12 month roadmap: build unified GTM data layer, redesign key workflows, deploy major integrations, establish stable operating cadence
