In-depth S/4 HANA platform experience across functions (Supply Chain & Operation, Finance) with expertise in one or multiple industries under Resources/Products/CMT
Extensive experience in SAP Platform Pre-Sales with solutioning, orchestrating RFP/Proposals in capacities like Solution Architect, Subject Matter Expert in collaboration with multiple teams
Proven client-facing skills to set discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants
Experience executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements
Deep industry knowledge and expertise in one or more sectors like Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods/Retail/High-Tech/Software/Semi-Conductors)
Deep functional expertise across functions: Finance and Cost accounting, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics, sales
10+ years of experience
Business outcome-oriented problem solver with interest in transformation strategies in an inclusive, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Demonstrate industry focus through deep knowledge for technology-agnostic business process conversations with senior client leadership
Help clients realize value from transformation initiatives by understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and showing how SAP capabilities deliver business value
Lead or work with proposal teams to build solutions and proposals, incorporating Accenture assets and offerings from multiple teams to differentiate responses
Take end-to-end (cross-functional) ownership, working with SMEs to orchestrate proposal responses
Lead design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in one/multiple S/4HANA areas
Lead teams in client-facing roles across project lifecycle: blueprint, design, development, implementation of new/improved business processes
Bring together end-to-end solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing project risks, plans, and budgets
Support Pre-Sales activities, business assessments, roadmaps, and client advisory on S/4HANA-led transformations
