Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Oracle Field Service (OFS) or 5+ years in other leading Field Service Management (FSM) packages (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, ClickSoftware, IFS Clevest) with end-to-end implementations
  • Proven track record with at least 1 full-cycle FSM implementation experience
  • Strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience
  • Hands-on OFS/FSM functional expertise in Scheduling and Dispatch, Rostering, Crew Management, Field Data Capture, GIS Integration, Routing, Timesheets, etc
  • Ability to understand business requirements, provide solutions on business processes, and recommend innovative future solutions for efficiency and cost reduction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead workshops and demos, document business processes, and recommend new methods and automation opportunities
  • Experience: 3-6 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE (MBA good to have)
  • Utility project experience (advantage)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Accelerator with OFS (advantage)
