Requirements

9+ years of SAP experience, including implementation and support in SAP FICO PS
Strong expertise in SAP FICO PS on SAP transformation engagements, particularly S4 HANA with 2+ years implementation experience
Proficiency in SAP FICO functionalities and submodules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product costing)
Strong knowledge of SAP PS functionalities (project structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, closing, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Settlements, integration, reporting)
High-tech industry experience (preferred)
Analytical skills, market insights, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills
Effective presentation and communication skills
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from top-tier business schools (added advantage)
SAP FICO & SAP PS Certification (good to have)

Responsibilities

Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP FICO & PS landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues on time
Serve as an SAP FICO & PS functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps
Develop innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings
Support business development initiatives, including proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations
Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts
Advise clients on SAP PS & FICO processes based on leading industry practices
Collaborate with client teams (order management, procurement, operations) for seamless execution
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, manufacturing, IT) for holistic solution delivery
Provide training and support for business users
Participate in development of thought leadership content (white papers, presentations) on High-Tech industry topics
