Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in export classification within the high-tech industry is required, along with expertise in product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) and an understanding of U.S. EAR and other export control regulations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with software and LLM development, experience with process and system improvements, cross-functional collaboration skills, quick learning ability, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

The Global Trade Classification Analyst will develop and improve internal processes for classifying NVIDIA's hardware and software products, assigning export control classification numbers (ECCNs) to various items, and assigning tariff classifications (HTS and schedule B). This role will also support global shipping transactions and dispositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance classification-related work efficiency.
