Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience
At least one (1) year of experience delivering trainings in technical fields, preferably in the medical device or life sciences industry
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software configuration
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex technical issues with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
Up to 15% flying and/or driving travel, which may potentially include overnight stays (primarily domestic, occasionally international)

Responsibilities

Serve as a Qualified Training (QT) and Master Trainer (MT) for various Digital Pathology (DP) products, such as Aperio GT Platform products, Aperio FL, and others
Deliver technical training for Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and other service or support personnel on Digital Pathology hardware, software, and workflows
Develop and maintain curricula including slide decks, job aids, and service manuals to ensure all content is synchronized with design changes, TSBs, and regulatory updates
Certify Field Service Engineers (FSEs) worldwide
Maintain and update service curricula
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Global Support Engineers to create launch-ready service training and to translate engineering updates into field-usable procedures
Work closely with R&D and Global Support to continuously improve external quality and product serviceability
Manage training assets (scanners, servers, demo datasets) to ensure equipment reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and a safe lab environment
