Requirements

  • Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent
  • Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches
  • Passion for AI, Cloud, technology, or digital culture
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information
  • Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns
  • Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to deal with stakeholders from HQ and international teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to build pipelines of top technical talent in cloud engineering, data science, and AI research across South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)
  • Source candidates using advanced tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, ArXiv, tech forums, and more)
  • Research global talent markets to uncover where innovation hubs and high-potential candidates are emerging
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that excite candidates about our mission in Cloud & AI
  • Support talent branding efforts to position Tencent as the go-to destination for top-tier engineers and researchers
  • Contribute to sourcing projects that directly impact how we scale our Cloud & AI workforce
