Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar field; MSc or MBA preferred
Minimum of 12 years in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, chemical engineering, or related fields
Previous experience leading full lifecycle cloud-based and hybrid software solution implementations, including on-prem software components
10+ years of experience with refined skillset across software development and professional services, including cloud operations management, strategic consulting, project management, AI/ML methodologies, and relevant use cases (e.g., Asset Performance Management, Process Optimization) in energy and industrial domains (e.g., mining, facilities, water/wastewater)

Responsibilities

Plan, mobilize, and lead cross-functional project technical teams to deploy Cordant Solution Suite (including AI-based software) to key customers
Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to a project plan
Resolve system integrations and implementation architectures; complete application out-of-box and custom configurations; deploy analytics; conduct UAT; provide overall oversight to technical teams
Own the entire software implementation lifecycle for IET, Industrial Solutions enterprise Digital Software for one or more customers
Own cybersecurity consulting, analytics services implementation, reliability consulting, data-based services across the software implementation cycle for one or more customers
Coordinate multiple project/product workstreams, stakeholders, and reconcile interdependencies
Chair the Program Technical SteerCo to resolve technical dependencies across groups (e.g., cloud operations, application configurations, AI/ML workstreams, data pipeline, verification/validation, customers)
Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, SMEs, data scientists, solution architects, cloud operations engineers, data integration engineers, software engineers)
Own the operating cadence of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly review cycles across management levels throughout the lifecycle
Plan the overall program and monitor progress
Ensure quality and timeliness of project documentation
Track project technical risks (e.g., non-released product features/interfaces) and drive mitigation actions with stakeholders
Achieve technical closure of implementation services scope and project technical handover for ARR scope fulfillment
