As a Global Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Insider’s global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals. This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, developing job evaluation systems, administering salary ranges, and overseeing the administration of employee benefits. You will also collaborate with HR business partners to address employee reward-related inquiries and issues, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
