Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or another technical/scientific area, along with a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing. They must also have knowledge of international GxP drug development regulations, including ICH guidelines and ISO standards, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, Quality Assurance, or Compliance.

Responsibilities

The Global Quality Assurance Project Manager will contribute to and support Abbott EPD’s efforts to create high-value therapeutics, manage GxP related activities associated with projects like License and Acquisition, Product Development and Technology Transfer, and participate in the setting of divisional compliance strategy. They will provide quality oversight of assigned projects, liaise with stakeholders, offer expert knowledge of global regulations, support the development and maintenance of quality processes, monitor projects for compliance risks, and support due diligence audits and inspections to ensure timely market entries. Additionally, they will support a learning culture and execute defined goals and deliverables.
