Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in large-scale program management with software delivery within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors, along with in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D in Quality and Manufacturing. A proven track record of successfully leading diverse global teams to deliver complex GxP technology implementations, resulting in measurable business outcomes is required, as well as executive and communication skills and the ability to critically evaluate and interpret technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharmaceutical customers.

Responsibilities

The Global Program Manager - Quality will be accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring the customer’s success on Veeva’s applications, collaborating with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to align on program milestones and activities. They will develop strategic relationships with the customer’s IT and business executives, defining deployment and transformation roadmaps, and leading services contract negotiations. This role involves overseeing project execution performed by the Professional Services team, acting as the first line of defense for escalations, and ensuring a smooth transition to post-deployment application management teams.
