Responsibilities

  • Serve as a “go-to” technical specialist, leader, and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline
  • Lead continuous improvement activities associated with their engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes
  • Provide technical guidance/training, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring overall technical success on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes
  • Provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions, business continuity, and new proposal creation
  • Leverage advanced automation, data analytics, and AI-powered tools to optimize production for efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Train and mentor teams on emerging technologies, ensuring a smooth transition to new process technologies
