Requirements

3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in HR operations, coordinator, or generalist roles
Demonstrable experience with HRIS systems (ex. ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, ChartHop, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling, technology company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global employees
Knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the onboarding program to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires
Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries: policies, benefits, processes, and system support
Partner with IT to increase automation, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS platforms (ADP, Greenhouse, ChartHop, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct audits, maintain data integrity, and generate standard HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance)
Administer HR processes for employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, leave of absence tracking, etc.)
Support compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment laws, assisting with audits and documentation as necessary
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and programs: employee engagement, performance management cycles, and policy updates
Collaborate globally with HR colleagues to ensure consistent support and continuously elevate the employee experience
Oversee day-to-day administration of employee immigration matters, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with external counsel and employees
Serve as HR Generalist for at least 1-3 client groups within SingleStore, depending on size and scope of client groups as the opportunity arises
Develop global program management skills by providing program management/oversight to at least one global program (engagement survey, recognition, etc.)
Continue to grow Business Partner skills by taking on increasing levels of HR responsibility as the opportunity arises
