Requirements

  • Highly experienced and knowledgeable in delivering departmental strategy through creation and maintenance of tools and resources
  • Expertise in education and training on reimbursement principles
  • Skilled in building relationships internally and externally with co-workers, physicians, and health economic opinion leaders
  • Serves as a “content expert” on issues related to HEOR and HTA
  • Responsibility for scientific soundness of activities and ensuring outcomes aligned with Global and regional payer needs
  • Ability to partner with a worldwide community of well-recognized experts/KOLs to develop state-of-the-art Health Economic and Outcomes Research studies

Responsibilities

  • Support market access activities for the ADC portfolio to ensure strong brand uptake and growth worldwide
  • Develop and deliver HEOR strategies and tactics targeting multiple stakeholders who make or influence decisions on funding and use of ADC products
  • Work in close collaboration with key cross-functional partners primarily in EMEA, but also across US, LATAM, and APAC regions
  • Initiate and execute Health Economic analyses, Outcomes Research/RWE studies, and Market Access initiatives to maximize and protect patient access globally across the product life cycle
