Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the S&P Global Market Intelligence & EDO communications strategy, encompassing both internal and external communications, aligned with S&P Global’s enterprise goals
  • Partner with Divisional Presidents, Operating Committee, leadership teams, and Internal Communications Center of Excellence to ensure successful global internal communications that drive engagement and inform personnel to achieve business objectives
  • Provide strategic thinking and direction to senior leaders in planning and executing internal communication programs
  • Support the Operating Committee in developing and executing change management communications that inspire employees
  • Draft and secure approval for key messages to regional, business, or large functional area employees, managing content on change management, business strategies, and growth
  • Provide hands-on support for leadership communications, including coaching and advising senior leaders, creating communication plans, producing and publishing content across multiple channels (e.g., intranet, email), and organizing related activities
  • Drive strategic external and internal communications for the divisions and functions, leading a global team of communicators
  • Work closely with S&P Global Market Intelligence & EDO President, Operating Committee, leadership teams, and support functions (marketing, finance, people, legal)
  • Lead external communications for the division, developing strategic plans to enhance reputation and showcase depth to global media
  • Connect employees to divisional purpose by communicating initiatives and elevating employee experience
  • Partner with Communications Leadership team, divisional People Team, and Enterprise teams to build strategies driving engagement for major People initiatives and change communications aligned with business priorities
