Experience leading global flagship event programs in a marketing or revenue-focused role
Ability to design creative, world-class experiences aligned with marketing and revenue goals
Expertise in building and managing teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and scaling
Proficiency in budget ownership, agency management, contract negotiation, and vendor sourcing
Strong strategic thinking for developing event roadmaps, inventing new formats (hybrid, digital, live, immersive), and identifying opportunities like conferences and summits
Hands-on execution skills for end-to-end event management (concept to post-event)
Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, product, demand gen, PR, sales, and regional teams
Ability to create SOPs, playbooks, tools, and frameworks for event planning
Capability to transition from agency-led to in-house models
Thrives in high-velocity, scaling startup environments with flawless operational execution

Responsibilities

Develop a global events & experiential roadmap aligned with pipeline, awareness, brand, and PR goals
Invent new event formats, immersive experiences, content activations, and hybrid models
Identify flagship event opportunities (owned events, user conferences, roadshows, regional summits) and manage their positioning, scale, and impact
Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class events/experiential team for global regions
Transition from agency-led to in-house model with plans for internal capacity ramp-up
Create standard operating procedures, playbooks, tools, and frameworks for event planning and execution
Oversee end-to-end event management: concept → budgeting → vendor sourcing → logistics → content & programming → production → post-event wrap-up
Ensure top-tier attendee experience, seamless logistics, brand fidelity, and operational excellence onsite
Manage agency partners, negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability and quality
Work with Product Marketing, Demand Gen/Campaigns, Digital, PR, Sales, and Regional Marketing to embed events into broader programs and align messaging, content, and co-marketing
