Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a global team of diverse creative talent (graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, video producers), elevating content and fostering creative excellence
  • Develop, evolve, and enforce global brand guidelines for consistency across all WeWork brands and touch points
  • Concept and create original content communicating WeWork's vision across mediums and markets, aligning with business objectives and delivering culturally sensitive global campaigns
  • Evolve design systems and visual identity to position WeWork as an industry leader
  • Articulate design decisions and exhibit strong managerial skills to guide teams and partners, simplifying complex brands into compelling concepts
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer to shape brand expression
  • Ensure creative work aligns with business goals and marketing strategy
  • Provide hands-on feedback, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team for growth and high-quality output
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and resourcefulness in fast-moving environments
  • Build relationships, manage, and mentor creatives, aligning teams around a shared vision
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Sales, Social Media) to deliver scalable, on-brand materials driving measurable results
  • Oversee translation of high-level concepts into actionable creative work, taking ownership and accountability for projects
