Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, cash management, or strategic consulting, ideally within an international context (Required)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • Spanish is a strong advantage (Preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of liquidity management, payments, and treasury solutions (Required)
  • Deep understanding of global cash management products (Required)
  • Commercial and analytical acumen (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of 3–5 professionals within the Global Cash Management Origination area
  • Define and implement the global strategy for cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions, in alignment with the bank’s corporate banking objectives
  • Advise large corporate and institutional clients on cash management structures, working capital optimization, and payment efficiency
  • Partner closely with relationship management, product, and technology teams to design and deliver comprehensive global solutions
  • Support origination efforts by identifying new opportunities, contributing to client proposals, and leading strategic discussions
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and technology innovation in the cash management and payments landscape
  • Represent the bank in key client meetings, industry conferences, and global forums to strengthen market positioning
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk, operational, and regulatory standards
