Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a SaaS and/or Certificates Manager. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud implementation teams is also required, along with experience in implementing solutions for SaaS and Certificates management. Experience in interacting with the IT team at Santander Portugal is considered a plus, and knowledge of the banking sector is valued. AZ-900 certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Gestor de SaaS & Certificados will be responsible for the management and development of SaaS solutions and the administration of certificates, ensuring systems remain market leaders. This includes technical management with expertise in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure), API integrations (REST/SOAP), managing the certificate lifecycle (SSL/TLS), conducting audits, supporting risk mitigation strategies, and managing contracts and platforms with high availability and resilience.
