Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within a team managing infrastructure projects, and an additional 5 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud implementation teams. A CAPM® certification is considered a plus, as are CSM® and MS Project certifications. Previous experience interacting with the IT team at Santander Portugal is also valued, along with knowledge of the banking sector.

Responsibilities

The Gestor de Projetos de Infraestrutura will be responsible for managing the preparation, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of projects, ensuring delivery of the product/service within the triple constraint (scope, time, cost), with maximum quality, and effectively managing all project stakeholders. They will serve as a liaison with executive management, providing necessary reporting and status updates to project teams and executive leaders. The role involves periodically introducing improvements to the Santander's methodology and governance model through lessons learned, and supporting the creation of documentation such as HLD and LLD.
