Responsibilities

Saisir les commandes clients grands comptes plateforme
Mettre à jour et diffuser les reportings liés à l’activité des flux centraux
Assurer le contrôle du bon déroulement du processus de facturation, envoi des factures, gestion des litiges et des avoirs
Créer les bons de livraison clients au départ des entrepôts centraux
Vérifier le contrôle ATP (disponibilité) et le traitement des cas particuliers
Suivre les stocks en propre ou chez le client et la disponibilité produit en interaction avec les planificateurs usine et la prévision
Analyser et s’assurer du bon niveau de stock en fonction des besoins clients, alerter en cas de problématiques (DLUO, surstock, répartition à effectuer)
