Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of all product initiatives focused on implementing APIs for partners for ancillary products
Analyze API usage in production, manage their continuous evolution to ensure they remain a high-quality representation of Plusgrade's capabilities, constantly maximizing value for partners
Contribute to defining the API strategy and product roadmap based on partner needs, other product roadmaps, market studies, and key stakeholder input
Work with partners and third-party suppliers to identify and implement the best solutions to improve capabilities and increase processing efficiency
Iterate, troubleshoot, and continuously work to improve the traveler's payment experience
Gather and analyze feedback from partners and other stakeholders to identify product improvement opportunities
Work with engineering and design teams to plan and execute development projects, ensuring product improvements are delivered on time and within budget
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure access to necessary resources and technologies for product development
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product marketing and sales materials, and support product launches and other marketing initiatives
Analyze data to understand user behavior and market needs (use data and analytics to inform and guide key decisions with data-driven insights)
