Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all product initiatives focused on implementing APIs for partners for ancillary products
  • Analyze API usage in production, manage their continuous evolution to ensure they remain a high-quality representation of Plusgrade's capabilities, constantly maximizing value for partners
  • Contribute to defining the API strategy and product roadmap based on partner needs, other product roadmaps, market studies, and key stakeholder input
  • Work with partners and third-party suppliers to identify and implement the best solutions to improve capabilities and increase processing efficiency
  • Iterate, troubleshoot, and continuously work to improve the traveler's payment experience
  • Gather and analyze feedback from partners and other stakeholders to identify product improvement opportunities
  • Work with engineering and design teams to plan and execute development projects, ensuring product improvements are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure access to necessary resources and technologies for product development
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product marketing and sales materials, and support product launches and other marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data to understand user behavior and market needs (use data and analytics to inform and guide key decisions with data-driven insights)
