Requirements

Civil Engineering degree
At least 10 years of previous experience in large international projects, including 5 years in construction areas
Essential previous experience in road and/or bridge projects
High level of English (B2-C1)
Geographical availability and willingness to travel
Availability to join any ongoing or upcoming project of the business in the coming months/years

Responsibilities

Develop the construction area in the assigned offers, under the supervision of the Construction Support team manager
Provide technical support from a construction perspective for the development of assigned offers, based on experience and knowledge in works execution
Lead, with design team support, construction alternatives to the offer project
Develop execution plans, execution strategies, work programs, teams, performances, organigrams, subcontracting and self-performance strategies, and all aspects of the work execution plan from the Construction/Project Manager viewpoint within the corresponding offer team
Join the execution team when required
