Requirements

  • Titulado y Colegiado en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Sanitaria, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines
  • Especialidad en Gestión de Proyectos basado en el enfoque PMI, Negociación
  • Experiencia mayor a 5 años en Dirección de Proyectos de gran envergadura (inversión mayor a 50 millones) y en empresas del rubro

Responsibilities

  • Planificar, dirigir y gestionar el proyecto – contrato
  • Realizar el presupuesto y plan de arranque
  • Coordinar con unidades de apoyo y proveedores
  • Seguimiento de proveedores / subcontratistas. Contribuir a una adecuada ejecución de obra
  • Evaluar el desarrollo de los proyectos, detectando y solucionando los posibles riesgos en la ejecución de este (técnicos, legales, de flujo de caja, de calidad, prevención de riesgos, medio ambiente, otros)
  • Controlar los costos. Asegurar la rentabilidad de la obra y que se mantenga dentro de los márgenes establecidos por el cliente
  • Entregar / liquidar las obras ejecutadas. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y de las unidades de apoyo
  • Constituir y gestionar al equipo humano
  • Controlar y manejar los contratos contractuales
  • Coordinar, programar e implantar los proyectos que lidere dentro de su unidad/departamento, en base a normas y procedimientos establecidos, a fin de optimizar la rentabilidad de los proyectos asignados asegurando los plazos y los estándares de calidad establecidos
  • Redactar o revisar proyectos industriales (Proyectos de Licitación en fase de ofertas y Proyectos Constructivos en fase de ejecución)
  • Realizar otras funciones y/o actividades que su jefe inmediato disponga
