Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o afín; MBA deseable
  • Sólido conocimiento en análisis de mercado, pronósticos, manejo de P&L, segmentación y estrategias de lanzamiento
  • Experiencia comprobable en ejecución de planes de marketing y herramientas para fuerza de ventas
  • Experiencia mínima de 4–6 años en marketing farmacéutico (ideal salud femenina) - preferida
  • Manejo de Excel, Power BI, y plataformas de marketing digital - preferida

Responsibilities

  • Liderar el P&L de la categoría asignada, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ingreso, margen y rentabilidad
  • Realizar análisis de mercado, proyecciones de demanda, segmentación y estimación de participación de mercado
  • Definir y actualizar el plan estratégico anual (Business Plan) con base en insights, tendencias del mercado, entorno regulatorio y comportamiento del consumidor
  • Desarrollar estrategias de posicionamiento para cada marca del portafolio
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de lanzamiento, relanzamiento o expansión de línea
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto, planes de cartera y oportunidades de innovación
  • Asegurar la excelencia en la ejecución junto con el equipo comercial y trade marketing
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia
  • Construir forecast trimestrales/mensuales precisos y alineados a la demanda real del mercado
  • Analizar KPIs comerciales, desempeño por región, segmentación y productividad del equipo de ventas
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento geográfico, institucional o de nuevos canales
