Requirements

The candidate should possess a higher education degree in administration, economics, accounting, or a related field, along with a postgraduate degree in administration or a similar area. Responsibilities

As the Gerente de Operações Clínicas, the individual will be responsible for achieving the financial and operational results of the clinic through the implementation and monitoring of the tactical plan, ensuring the execution and compliance of administrative and operational processes within the business unit, and managing the effectiveness of human, financial, material, and patient service resources to achieve organizational objectives. This includes managing clinical operations such as outpatient and potentially hospital consultations, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis, guaranteeing the effectiveness of patient treatment costs, billing, and commercial activities, overseeing human resources, financial control, revenue and expense management, investment capture, and new business development. The role also involves ensuring adherence to corporate timelines, analyzing business scenarios, monitoring economic and operational KPIs, managing corrective maintenance, approving purchase requests, controlling the quality of third-party services, and acting as a liaison between clinics and corporate departments on various projects. Furthermore, the position requires managing the interface between operational, nursing, and medical teams, developing the team's administrative management skills through coaching and training, and managing hotel items such as chairs, longarines, and televisions.
