The Opportunity

This position is located in Mexico City in the Established Pharma division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world's fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of differentiated, high-quality branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardio-metabolics, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales results through medical promotion with the appropriate use of tools and the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve flawless execution of marketing strategies at the district level.
  • Organize, plan, and supervise the work of representatives assigned to your district, ensuring compliance with your team's performance standards.
  • Ensure monthly and annual sales by product, establishing action plans for different territories that respond to your district's needs.
  • Ensure growth in demand generation through medical prescription from your different doctors in all assigned zones of your district.
  • Develop your direct reports (Sales Representatives) by establishing individual action plans with support from the LMS platform.
  • Ensure productivity indicators are met in terms of coverage, frequency, and market penetration.
  • Ensure correct training in knowledge and sales techniques for your products.
  • Maintain optimal quality of your medical and pharmacy files.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree Required (Indispensable) in Economic-Administrative, Chemical-Biological, or Humanities fields.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: 3 years in the position of District Manager.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience leading work teams.
