Requirements

Experience working with Oracle Spatial, including creating views, optimizing SQL queries and some administration duties
Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL or similar
Experience with ESRI GIS tool suite, such as ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap
Strong understanding of geospatial data concepts and spatial analysis techniques
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Active TS/SCI w. Poly security clearance

Responsibilities

Manage and administer an Oracle Spatial database, including creating tables, procedures and views as well as performing other database administration tasks
Develop and execute spatial queries to support analyst requests and drive mission outcomes
Utilize scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, etc.) and libraries to parse and process files of various formats, including but not limited to CSV, JSON and XML
Leverage ESRI GIS tools (e.g. ArcGIS, ArcMap, etc.) to analyze and visualize geospatial data
Proactively identify opportunities to provide value to analysts based on available geospatial datasets and develop solutions to meet those needs
Work independently with minimal supervision, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Apply Data Science techniques to leverage information between data collections, including but not limited to: Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders; Developing data fusion and integration strategies to combine data from multiple sources
Perform other related duties as assigned
