Responsibilities

  • Oversee all field operations renovation projects nationwide and in the Bahamas
  • Lead and mentor superintendents ensuring consistency in project execution
  • Collaborate with Directors, Project Directors, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize project delivery
  • Refine standard operating procedures and quality control measures across all projects
  • Review project plans, schedules, and scopes of work to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment across all job sites
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on all projects
  • Coordinate labor and equipment allocation across multiple job sites to ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Monitor project schedules adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or challenges
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, providing regular updates to operations and senior leadership
  • Ensure that superintendent project documents responsibilities and expense reporting meet with company guidelines and deadlines
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, including metrics
