Responsibilities

Oversee all field operations renovation projects nationwide and in the Bahamas
Lead and mentor superintendents ensuring consistency in project execution
Collaborate with Directors, Project Directors, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize project delivery
Refine standard operating procedures and quality control measures across all projects
Review project plans, schedules, and scopes of work to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards
Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment across all job sites
Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on all projects
Coordinate labor and equipment allocation across multiple job sites to ensure efficient resource utilization
Monitor project schedules adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or challenges
Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, providing regular updates to operations and senior leadership
Ensure that superintendent project documents responsibilities and expense reporting meet with company guidelines and deadlines
Prepare and present detailed reports, including metrics
