Willing and able to perform entry level non-skilled general labor
Ability to follow all SOPs for the area
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Ability to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Availability for Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, 2nd shift
Tolerance for wet conditions requiring appropriate foot, eye, and ear protection
Tolerance for temperatures between -10 to 75 degrees
Ability to bend, lift various weights: occasionally (0-20%) over 80 lbs, regularly (21%-100%) over 40 lbs
Good eye/hand coordination, with reaching, pulling/pushing
Adaptability to environmental factors: external heat, cold, high humidity, wet floors, aromatic spices
Tolerance for extremely high noise levels (hearing protection provided)
Ability to stand/walk for long periods on cement floors
Tolerance for repetitive arm, wrist, hand movements; reaching/lifting above shoulder level; bending, stooping, twisting
Willingness to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
Provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history
Meet rehiring criteria: accepts rehires after 365 days, only if not worked more than two previous times (Tyson may adjust based on dismissal reason)
