The General Manager will model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met, create an environment where employees are informed and capable through training activities, maintain store operations and ensure employees follow policies and procedures, manage store staffing levels, proactively monitor and manage store staffing, seek opportunities to increase sales, analyze business trends, develop and implement plans to drive sales and profitability, complete the store schedule, and stay informed through product knowledge and training.
