Responsibilities

Responsible for the total operation of the assigned business area
Ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Oversee daily operations and maintain the entire operation of the assigned area
Ensure compliance with USDA, Federal, and State Regulations
Monitor and promote new ideas to enhance quality and safety
Encourage the development of innovative ideas from Team Members
Provide supervisors with information, materials, and training
Monitor records for attendance, payroll, production, safety, and ergonomics
Analyze non-routine problems and offer recommendations for solutions to the Plant Manager
Foster positive Team Member relations, addressing turnover and absenteeism
Implement discipline and manage payroll and staffing
Maintain line speeds and ensure production yields meet quality standards
Promote Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
Encourage continuous improvement and development within the team
