  • Experience liaising with medical advisory boards, university professors, instructors for education/development

Responsibilities

  • Lead processes and practices to make the hospital welcoming, profitable, energizing, and rewarding
  • Focus on administrative/operational tasks, strategic planning, business plan development/implementation
  • Manage accreditation, certification, medical SOPs, client/patient care, compliance
  • Handle KPI management, best practices, operational SOPs, revenue growth, cost management (labour/COS)
  • Drive teambuilding, professional development considering patient/hospital needs
  • Oversee HR management, conflict resolution, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews
  • Support client service and hospital marketing
  • Conduct monthly analysis/reporting and operationalize improvements
  • Oversee/support/nurture pet experience with necessary resources/equipment/team for best care
  • Ensure medical teams have continuing education, mentorship, development opportunities
  • Expand clinical services and offerings
  • Liaise with P3’s Medical Advisory Board, professors, instructors for courses
  • Maintain relationships with hospital leads/teams and referring practices
  • Support team growth via professional development, coaching, guidance, CE evaluation
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, peer/intra-group coaching
  • Lead/coach department leads on HR, operations, data analysis, decision-making
  • Cultivate inspirational work environment mirroring P3’s vision/values
  • Oversee organization chart creation/display/maintenance
  • Promote positive culture, ensure exemplary client experience, measure compliance
  • Recognize/empower high performers for growth
