Responsibilities

  • Lead Manager on Duty shifts and schedule flexibly to support the operating model
  • Engage with ownership groups and promote innovation over status quo practices
  • Ensure consistent day-to-day operations, strong financial performance, and unmatched experiences for residents, guests, and partners
  • Provide exceptional experiences by embodying a trusted friend, subject matter expert, and local insider
  • Foster a "one team" mentality through effective collaboration with property and non-property leaders and team members
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment by adhering to and driving accountability for Placemakr and property-specific people, operational, and financial standards
