Responsibilities

This General Maintenance Technician - Electrical Specialist will diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, and replace electric systems and components, rewire housing zones or complete houses, change out electrical panel boxes, and complete service calls, Change of Occupancy Maintenance work, and property management requirements. The role involves transporting, installing, and connecting appliances, responding to emergency repairs, operating power tools, updating work order status, and communicating effectively with customers, staff, and supervisors while ensuring favorable customer feedback.
