  • 3-5 years of related industry experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a meat processing facility
  • Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations

  • Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise team members in the plant
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
