Requirements

  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts (Shift 2: 4:30 pm - 3:00 am, Monday - Thursday)
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times: gloves, safety goggles or face shield (when handling chemicals), non-slip footwear, face mask (as needed)
  • Follow all company safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, properly mix and label cleaning solutions, and report safety hazards or incidents immediately

Responsibilities

  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (toilet tissue, soap, etc.)
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors
  • Spot clean upholstered surfaces
  • Dust walls, blinds, furniture, partitions, and desktops
  • Polish stainless-steel surfaces (e.g., water fountains, fixtures, warehouse shelves)
  • Remove stains using appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Sweep walkways and common areas
  • Set up cleaning carts and brute barrels with proper liners
  • Collect and dispose of office trash; wipe down desktops
  • Clean offices and close doors upon completion
  • Detail the assigned cleaning section nightly
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly (toilets, urinals, sinks, walls)
  • Sweep and mop restroom floors
  • Apply air freshener as needed
  • Restock the cleaning cart for the next shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
