Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above majored in accounting, statistics, information technology preferred
  • At least 8 years working experiences on government tender project management in US&EU medical devices and/or pharmaceutical F500 MNC, of which no less than 3 FTEs with direct reporting line
  • Good command of Office software, Project Management skill, and excellent PPT skill
  • Fluent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and business writing skills
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Diligent on leading process management and daily management towards government tender projects in China, including policy interpretation, information collection, data analysis, competitive insights generation and government submission (30%)
  • Work with GAMA team and related commercial teams to enhance the cross-functional communication and collaboration on market access projects (30%)
  • Provides leadership for GAMA AOC team, incl. hiring, coaching, engagement and development (20%)
  • Support department head on functional operation, event planning and budget monitoring (20%)
  • Response annual performance management and feedback process of national tender AOC team
  • Drives Diversity, Equity and Inclusion culture
  • Continuous improvement on team productivity and engagement, figure out and enhance core competitive abilities benchmarking the industry-leading advantages
