Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and above majored in accounting, statistics, information technology preferred
At least 8 years working experiences on government tender project management in US&EU medical devices and/or pharmaceutical F500 MNC, of which no less than 3 FTEs with direct reporting line
Good command of Office software, Project Management skill, and excellent PPT skill
Fluent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and business writing skills
High sense of responsibility and integrity

Responsibilities

Diligent on leading process management and daily management towards government tender projects in China, including policy interpretation, information collection, data analysis, competitive insights generation and government submission (30%)
Work with GAMA team and related commercial teams to enhance the cross-functional communication and collaboration on market access projects (30%)
Provides leadership for GAMA AOC team, incl. hiring, coaching, engagement and development (20%)
Support department head on functional operation, event planning and budget monitoring (20%)
Response annual performance management and feedback process of national tender AOC team
Drives Diversity, Equity and Inclusion culture
Continuous improvement on team productivity and engagement, figure out and enhance core competitive abilities benchmarking the industry-leading advantages
