Strong hands-on understanding of UK-specific statutory rules: PAYE, NI categories, Tax codes, RTI (FPS, EPS, NVR), Pension auto-enrolment, Statutory Payments (SMP/SSP/etc.), Apprenticeship Levy
Expertise in Payroll configuration (Elements, Balances, Rate Definitions), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL
Experience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs
Strong experience handling Fusion quarterly statutory updates for UK
Experience providing L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents
Experience supporting end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including Pre-payroll validations, Payroll calculation and auditing, Payment processing and costing, Post-payroll reconciliation and reporting
Experience handling UK-specific statutory payroll processes, including RTI Submissions (FPS, EPS), P45, P46, P60, P11D, Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP), Apprenticeship Levy, Student Loans & Postgraduate Loans, Auto-enrolment Pension
Experience supporting statutory integration with HMRC
Experience analyzing and resolving payroll issues related to Payroll Elements and Balances, Fast Formulas (Payroll, Calculation, Absence), Payroll Flow orchestration, Costing and accounting integration
