Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
The Fund Administration Staff will primarily support the client’s legal entity management function by assisting with legal entity formations, modifications, and liquidations, managing legal entity information in client databases, preparing and processing tax forms, assisting with bank account opening requests, supporting KYC requests, coordinating document legalizations, and collecting and posting transaction documents. Additionally, the role involves project management tasks such as reporting task status updates, managing client expectations, and ensuring the quality and consistency of services provided to the client.
