Requirements

  • Previous experience leading and shipping high-impact projects for large-scale applications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support the Operations team, respond to critical incidents, and perform system maintenance
  • Continuously innovate, iterate, and improve existing processes to expand automation and reduce manual toil
  • Ship high-quality code to production regularly, balancing speed with a focus on reliability and maintainability
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical growth
  • Review code to uphold and maintain a high standard of code quality across the team
