Requirements

  • 3+ years of implementation ERP experience with HCM, Time and Absence software solutions or systems
  • Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant
  • Proven experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
  • Proficient in English and German or French (or other languages Spanish, Italian)
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously (a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Master HCM or Absence and Time Tracking
  • On a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
