Excited about working on a fast-paced, constantly evolving product
Familiar with Typescript (Node) as web services in addition to general API design
Confident in a modern web framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc). We leverage React with Typescript
Familiar with various data stores and know how to interact with them. Confident in SQL
Familiar with Docker and how to run locally and deploy remotely via Helm to Kubernetes
Familiar with AWS and have used some managed services like S3, API Gateway, SQS, etc

Responsibilities

Help build, maintain, and scale the planner services at Flock
Help the team track, build and scale planning tools for deployment specialists, customers and solutions consultants
Meet with colleagues and understand current processes and procedures (first 30 days)
Work on tasks for the sprint with support (first 30 days)
Work towards understanding how planner services at Flock work (first 30 days)
Understand your role on the team and expectations (first 30 days)
Ask questions in a public way to spread knowledge (first 30 days)
Ability to perform role with decreased need for guidance (first 60 days)
Complete features with little support (first 60 days)
Understand the software design philosophies being used (first 60 days)
Be comfortable navigating through the code base (first 60 days)
Engaged during technical conversations to increase quality of input (first 60 days)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (first 60 days)
Understand what works well, limitations, missing metrics, etc and start providing feedback (first 60 days)
