Requirements

5+ years of experience with Web technologies
2+ years of experience in React/Redux
Proficient in JavaScript and Typescript and build tools (e.g., Webpack)
Experience in designing and developing large distributed system and microservices architecture
Experience working with DocDB or other SQL based Databases
Strong understanding and hands-on experience of web technologies and architecture
High standards for code quality, testing, and performance
Exceptionally good at debugging, performance profiling and optimization in production
Experience working on large code projects, shared by multiple teams
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic-workflows, production level prompt-engineering
Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical focal point for software development best practices and design of main components, services and systems
Contribute to challenging micro frontend architecture, using the industry's latest trends
Develop and maintain complex backend cloud services and infrastructure, across multiple regions
Develop code that is used daily by millions of users
Practice advanced client-side techniques
Work very closely with the business, dealing with 30% of Fortune 500 companies
