Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar professional role is required. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular is essential. Strong experience with back-end development using Node.js, Java, or Python, along with familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, is necessary. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, a good understanding of Git, and excellent communication skills are also required.
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing user-friendly web applications with intuitive UI/UX designs and implementing/maintaining server-side logic and database management. They will collaborate with product managers and designers to create innovative solutions, conduct code reviews, and participate in the team's software development lifecycle. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance, staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices, and participating in sprint planning sessions.
