Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience; model, train, and coach expectations to deliver the service standard
  • Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals; understand your role in supporting sales growth and total store profitability
  • Utilize workload planning tools to ensure the team completes all scheduled workload and fulfills orders to meet delivery and service standards
  • Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop plans to resolve them
  • With direction from your leader, create daily plans for your team
  • Be an expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency
  • Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pickup and ship-from-store workload
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions; develop a guest-centric team and support leader in onboarding
  • Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team members accountable and close training gaps through coaching
  • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with leader for ordering
  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team to work accordingly
