  • Ability to plan department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
  • Expertise in operations, process improvements, workload efficiency, accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience; model, train, and coach team to deliver service standards
  • Lead team to drive fulfillment goals and support sales growth/store profitability
  • Use workload planning tools to ensure completion of scheduled workload and order fulfillment to meet delivery/service standards
  • Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop resolution plans
  • Create daily plans for team with direction from leader
  • Lead pickup and ship-from-store workload for efficient guest delivery
  • Evaluate/recommend candidates for open positions; develop guest-centric team and support onboarding
  • Establish goals for quality, accuracy, timeliness; hold team accountable and close training gaps via coaching
  • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with leader for ordering
  • If applicable as key carrier, follow safe and secure training/processes
