Requirements

Experience building a guest-first culture and guest service fundamentals
Knowledge of retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies)
Skills in planning daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
Expertise in process improvements and workload efficiency
Leadership skills for hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent
Ability to work a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
If applicable, ability to serve as a key carrier following safe and secure processes

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest service; model, train, and coach team to deliver service standards
Lead team to drive fulfillment goals, support sales growth, and contribute to store profitability
Use workload planning tools to ensure completion of scheduled workload and order fulfillment to meet delivery/service standards
Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop resolution plans
Create daily plans for the team with direction from leader
Serve as an expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency
Lead pickup and ship-from-store workload for efficient guest delivery
Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions; develop a guest-centric team and support onboarding
Establish goals for quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team accountable and address training gaps through coaching
Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with leader for ordering
Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices, being authentic/respectful, and creating equitable experiences
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team accordingly
